Quick Trip to Ottawa

Michael and I were able to make a quick last minute trip up to Ottawa to visit his family. This was a really nice treat because Michael's work schedule is very busy and we figured he wouldn't get the chance to get home for Christmas, so this worked out perfectly. Here are a few pictures:

MEXICO!

My friend Christine and I had an amazing time in Mexico! That was my first trip down south to a resort and it was alot of fun. The heat was hard on me though, I have to admit, but we still had a great time. Here are some pictures to share the experience!

African Lion Safari

I decided to spend 1 day of my much needed vacation at African Lion Safari with a couple friends. I've always wanted to go there so I was thrilled I actually got the chance. It was really empty cause the season was just starting and everyone was still in school, so it was really great. The highlight for me was definitely the Elephants! Here are a few pictures:

Summer Vacation!

I drove all the way up to Sudbury with Chewie and spent a couple days there there with Mark, Averil, Evan, Mom, Dad and Kristi. Then we all headed over to the cottage. I had to come back home to return to work on the 2nd but everyone else including Chewie spent a couple extra days at the cottage and then back over to Sudbury for the rest of the week. Although it was too short, it was a really nice holiday.

Point Pelee!

I had an awesome week of holidays at the end of July.
To start off my holidays I spent a day at Point Pelee with a friend, before spending a day with Chewie.

Northern Ontario!

I'm back from a week's holiday in Northern Ontario. We went to the cottage and to my brother's to see baby Evan. Here are a few pictures.

The weather was unseasonably gorgeous (with no humidity!). And although the bugs like to eat me, the lake was relaxing and not to mention beautiful.

My precious nephew Evan is growing and healthy and is absolutely adorable.

The trip finished with seeing 2 moose by the highway on the drive back south.
